Access to the center of Talloires as well as the lake and many activities, walking distance. L'Hermitage - a former hotel completely redone ten years ago - offers a unique view of the bay of Talloires and Lake Annecy from all the apartments in the residence. Access to Lake Annecy about 600m away and above all the possibility of starting very nice hikes directly on site (Angon waterfall...). We draw your attention to the fact that the residence has no reception. Therefore an appointment will be made a few days before your arrival for the delivery of the keys. Shops nearby: - bakery (about 5 mins walk) - tobacconist and press (approximately 5 mins walk) - restaurant (the Comptoir de Seb for breakfast-lunch and dinner from March to October). - supermarket, market on Thursday morning, doctor, restaurants, café.... We propose 4 apartments: - 1 on the ground floor: 2 queensize bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spacious living room and terrace - 1 on the ground floor: 2 bedrooms, 1 queensize, 1 with bunk beds and single extra bed, 2 bathrooms, spacious living room and terrace - 1 large apartment for 8 on the ground floor : composed of the two previous apartments - 1 apartment on the top floor (elevator then 1 floor on foot), 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. 1 private parking space for each apartment. Your agency LLA Selections by Location lac Annecy, specialist in short-term rentals around Lake Annecy and the Alps, has selected these properties with care. The beds will be made upon your arrival according to the number of registered participants; towels (2/person), kitchen towels (2/kitchen), bath mats as well as welcome products (soaps, shampoo, shower gel, dishwashing product, some washing tablets, sponge, 2 rolls of toilet paper /wc…) are included in the service together with final stay cleaning.
