This is our happy place and we hope it will become one of yours too. Our apartment is situated in a very well kept and prestigious building. The residents are mainly locals, so it is well maintained and secure, and as such is suited to those guests seeking a peaceful break. The apartment is light and roomy, with a spacious entrance corridor. As you enter there are two double bedrooms with access to a balcony. Both bedrooms are well proportioned, one with an ensuite shower. In the kitchen you will find all the appliances you might need for cooking and baking. The lounge and the dining room are in one open space from where you can enjoy a sea view. The lounge has a south facing balcony with a table where 6 people can enjoy sun all day with the view of the famous beach La Jetée. The air conditioning in both bedrooms, as well as the lounge and dining room, enables you to control the temperature to taste throughout the apartment. Other amenities include a separate toilet and a main separate bathroom with a big bathtub, a toilet and a large sink. Location is ideal, you are only a few minutes walking distance from the beach the main town, a choice of shopping, the rail station, the local and airport bus stops. Bakeries, restaurants, cafes and bars are on every corner. You just have to choose. Parking is also provided with a designated underground parking bay, something that is especially valuable for those visiting in the high season, when on street parking can be a challenge. For little ones there is the famous Pinède Park in town, where you will find a playground as well as some rides, such as bumper cars and a merry go round. In July, the famous jazz festival takes place with many world celebrities. You can walk to Antibes by the sea side road or through the town. In Antibes, you will find the famous Marché Provençal, Picasso museum and many independent shops and delicious restaurants. We hope that you will enjoy your stay and make many happy memories here.
