On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge area and a shower room. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, a mezzanine with a double bed and a second mezzanine with a single bed. Outside, a charming 17 m² terrace is fully equipped for summer evenings! Accommodation: Ground floor: - Air-conditioned living room with sofa and TV - Fully equipped kitchen with central island and 4 chairs: filter and pod coffee machine, fridge with freezer, oven, airfryer, hob, dishwasher, electric griddle, washing machine... - Bathroom with shower and WC On the first floor (fully air-conditioned) : - A staircase leads to a mezzanine with a double bed 140 x 190 cm - Access from the mezzanine to a bedroom with a double bed 140 x 190 cm - A second staircase leads to a second mezzanine with a single bed Outside : - A beautiful 17 m² terrace, furnished with a table, 4 armchairs, a parasol, and a barbecue to enjoy a good meal outside! - Outdoor solar shower Other remarks : - Wifi with fiber optics available. - Pets are allowed in the accommodation.
