Ideal quiet location close to everything! The famous harbour, shops and restaurants are a 5 minute walk away! This house exudes vitality, with the freshness of its pastel and soft tones, its modern elegance and its comfort where everyone has their own space. Layout of rooms: Ground floor: Very nice dining area, cozy living room with TV and pretty modern vintage kitchen equipped (Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, oven, microwave and dishwasher). Relaxing and friendly atmosphere. 1st floor: 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with shower wc. On the 2nd floor: 1 sublime parental suite with bath and shower, wc and washing machine. This house full of life is just waiting to welcome you to make you enjoy an unforgettable stay and share good times with you! Very good bedding, internet included and our animal friends are not accepted. Enjoy a pleasant stay without worrying about parking, thanks to the possibility of reserving a spacious closed garage for 1 vehicle in the city center. Its large dimensions allow access for any type of vehicle less than 2.60 m high; 4x4 - SUV, sports cars, Pick up, vans, motorcycles, bicycles, (subject to availability, for more information contact us).
