We had a very nice experience in the Chateau. The Chateau is very nice and very well restored. The room the bad room and the swimming pool are very nice. The atmosphere of the Chateau is very special. The host is a very kind person and we had a very good moment with him.

What an amazing and interesting place to stay. We loved the experience of staying in a centuries-old listed building and discovering aspects of it's history and architecture. Having a great breakfast in a dining room steeped in history was memorable. Secondly, Paul and Melissa were fantastic hosts and it was wonderful to get to know them. Meeting them added to the whole wonderful experience of staying at Le Chateau. If they invite you to chat with them over tea, grab the chance!

    The village is very quiet.

    The village is very quiet. A lot of the homes are holiday homes so there was no one about. There is a bread machine and a small shop, but nothing else. 4 weeks was too long there. There is nothing within easy reach and there were only things to do/visit by travelling quite a long way in the car.
