The Baie des Voiles residence, 4*, offers privileged access to Lake Annecy from a spacious wooden pontoon. The residence built ten years ago consists of 48 apartments spread over 3 levels held by private owners. Our agency offers several confortable apartments from studio to duplex, ground floor as well as upstairs. Two possible views: Duingt Castle or Annecy. All apartments have a beautiful mountain view and a private access to the Residence wooden deck on the lake. Don't hesitate to ask us which apartment you have rent, we propose : Garden floor : 2 appartments mountain view, Castle side, Est exposure Garden Floor : One studio, access for disabled people. Small lake view. Annecy View. West First floor : 3 appartments including one bedroom and studio. Lake view, Castle and mountain views, EST One studio : Annecy View, Lake and Mountain views. North-West Second Floor : 2 Duplex : Lake View - Annecy side. West One Duplex : Lale View, Mountain and Castle side. EST One elevator for 3 of our apartments. (Don't hesitate to ask which ones before booking !) Please be aware that the residence has no reception. Therefore an appointment will be made a few days before your arrival for the delivery of the keys. We can also provide self check-in. Around Duingt ... It is located on the western side of the Annecy Lake and has definitely earned it’s nickname "Pearl of the Lake". Next to St Jorioz, Duingt (pronounced DOH-WAH!), offers an exceptional mountain and lake view. The cycle track from Annecy to Ugines (35kms) crosses the village and connects the villages along the lake very easily by bike. The "best bakery of the lake" is located in Duingt, as well as a bookstore, a supermarket 7/7 and high-quality cuisine (Clos Marcel or Spinaker for example). Duingt is a fabulous place for a relaxing holiday in both the summer and winter times. Summer activities : -Cycling (bike path to go around the lake is in front of the house) -Hiking (departure of many walks from the house: Entrevernes, Saint-Jorioz) -Sailing, pedal boating, kayaking, canoeing, stand-up paddle, the Wake Board in front of the house but also water skiing (we will gladly put you in touch with our local partner from Baie des Voiles, Rico!) -Paragliding -The average of walks mountains from the Sambuy (30mins) or Semnoz (20mins) -Summer sledging from the station Semnoz -An adventure park in Talloires (20mins) or Tamie (35mins) Winter activities : -Cross country skiing, sledding track or from the family resort Semnoz (20mins), possibility of rental equipment with our partner in Sevrier (5mins) -The cross country or track is also practiced in La Clusaz and Le Grand Bornand (35-40mns); Seizures (40mns), Les 3 Vallées (about 1 hour) -Snowshoeing in Semnoz Have a nice stay !
