Cocoonr offers you this beautiful flat in the centre of Bordeaux, a stone's throw from Place Gambetta and the famous Golden Triangle, shops and restaurants. It offers all the comforts you need for an exceptional stay in Bordeaux. Its 30 m² terrace, out of sight, will let you take full advantage of all that Bordeaux has to offer. This second-floor flat has a lift for added comfort. Fully renovated and equipped, it can comfortably accommodate 2 travellers. Please note that this accommodation is only available for medium-term stays (30 nights minimum). The accommodation comprises - A beautiful living room bathed in light thanks to two large bay windows opening onto the terrace, with a lounge, dining table and television. - A separate, fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the terrace (fridge, hob, multifunction oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and a range of kitchen utensils) - A utility room with washing machine and freezer. - One bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a large wardrobe - Bathroom with bath and separate toilet Outside : - A large terrace of 30 m² with no facing building, equipped with a lounge and dining table. Other remarks: - Quality sheets, towels and tea towels and a few coffee capsules are provided and your bed is made on arrival. - Of course, Wi-Fi is available and free! - Utilities are included in the rental price (water, electricity, internet). Please note, however, that a meter reading may be taken on arrival and departure. - An inventory of fixtures may also be carried out on arrival and departure. To comply with legislation, your reservation will require the signature of a contract (mobility lease or civil lease). To do this, we will need a few additional items (identity card, insurance, supporting documents). Unfortunately, we will not be able to give you access to the accommodation unless you sign a contract in due and proper form. Getting around: If you choose to come by car, you can park in the public pay car park "Clémenceau Auditorium" just 100 m away.
