You will discover the unique charm of Nice and its old town. In a quiet street, on the 5th floor of a typical old-nice building, you will be 5 minutes from the famous Cours Saleya and the sea. Located near Place Rossetti (central square of the old nice), you will also 200m from the famous Cours Saleya and the sea and 2 minutes from the tram, the nice gardens and the Place Massena (main square of the city ). You can do everything on foot, strolling the picturesque streets of the old nice, taste the local flavors. Conveniently located in the heart of the "old nice" just minutes away from all main attractions
