Digicode-secured entrances enable independent arrivals. The apartments can be coupled with other apartments in the building, to benefit from the privatization of one floor or the whole building. The neighborhood: Located just a stone's throw from the old Saint Etienne theater, Place des Lices and Saint Anne, and the Jacobins convent, you'll have the privilege of staying close to the city's must-see places. Ideally located, you'll have a multitude of choices for outings: café terraces, restaurants, the Opera, or the Theatre... You won't have time to get bored! Just a few minutes' walk away, you'll find the Lices market, a veritable Rennes institution, where every Saturday morning local producers and a host of craftsmen sell their wares. For nature lovers, the Parc du Thabor, the Parc des Tanneurs and the meadows of the Canal Saint-Martin offer vast green spaces ideal for family relaxation, sports and outdoor activities. Transportation: Located 300 m from the Sainte-Anne metro station and 200 m from the Chezy Dinan parking lot, with a pedestrian exit opposite the building.
