This contemporary duplex apartment is great for up to 4 people, with 2 bedrooms - one master bedroom with ensuite shower and sink, and a second bedroom, both can be made up as a double or twin beds. Both bedrooms have sky light windows and mountain views. In addition to the ensuite, there is a family bathroom with bath, shower attachment, sink and toilet, plus a second separate toilet. There is an open plan with kitchen, dining area and lounge leading onto a sunny south-facing balcony with fantastic views of Mont Blanc and Les Bossons Glacier. It has satellite TV including English channels and DVD player, plus wifi internet access. There is also a washing machine and dishwasher. The property is within minutes of the town centre, ski lifts, the sports centre, swimming pool, restaurants, supermarkets and all the amenities of Chamonix. There are 2 private underground parking spaces for cars in the basement, plus a ski locker and bike storage room. The apartment is situated on the first floor of the building and their is lift access for your convenience.

The Chamonix valley sits at the foot of Mont Blanc in the heart of the French Alps, displaying glaciers and breathtaking views of the snow capped mountains all around. Chamonix valley is ranked one of the top skiing and boarding resorts in the world and while Chamonix is famous for skiing in the winter, you may be surprised to hear that the summer time is just as popular - walking, hiking, rock climbing, paragliding, water rafting, mountain bike trails, even an 18 hole golf course! Not to mention major sports events such as the Mont Blanc Marathon and the Ultra Trail du Mont Blanc. ** A new building development is beginning construction during Spring 2020 next to Les Sonnailles Apartment. We expect there will be noisy work (including ground and structural works) during the summer months and, according to French law, these can happen between 7am and 8pm, but not on Sundays and bank holidays. If you would like to book for Summer 2020, knowing that there is likely to be noise outside the balcony between these stated times, we have applied a 20% discount to the price by way of compensation for the disruption caused.
