Cocoonr B&P Agency offers you in the commune of Coursegoules, within an old renovated barn, this charming studio of a surface of 18 m ² and being able to welcome comfortably 2 travellers. Located on the ground floor, it consists of a nice living room, an equipped kitchenette, a shower room and you can enjoy a private garden of about 110 m² at 10 meters with a few steps. Sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you! Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included. - Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - Access to the accommodation is via an old alley with wide stairs for about 50 metres. - Available Wifi. - A book on the history and walks in the village will be at your disposal with an IGN map.

The flat is ideally located in Coursegoules, in a very pleasant and quiet environment, a few steps from the main square. You will be able to benefit from all the essential shops nearby, as well as two restaurants and a crêperie, including the restaurant "l'atelier gourmand" which also offers take-away pizzas.
