Upon booking on BOOKING, an option will be sent by email to the customer requesting a deposit of 25% of the total amount. Upon receipt of the deposit, a contract will be sent by email and must be returned to the establishment signed by the customer. The balance of the rental must be paid 1 month before arrival.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Please inform Maison de vacances, MAS DE LA PLAGE, clim, terrasse Sud dégagée 4 couchages, 200m de la mer, PORTIRAGNES PLAGE LRMP67 of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 06:00:00.

Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests don't receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

A damage deposit of € 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
