We offer this charming 32 m² apartment with a splendid sea view for rent in Lavandou, less than a kilometer from the beach. It can accommodate up to 4 people(2adults and 2 children). Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises a pretty living room, a fully-equipped kitchen and a shower room. We're waiting for you! The apartment is composed as follows - A living room with two double sofa beds, TV and dining area. - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Bathroom with shower, WC Outside : - An 8m² south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days. For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, fan. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates are given as an indication and are subject to change by our partner. - Cleaning at the end of your stay is your responsibility (or an additional charge payable to our local service provider). - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
