89 SQM Apartment completely redecorated with high quality materials. Located 40M away from the main square you are nevertheless in a quiet and peaceful apartment. The old town with its cobbled streets, boutiques, bars and restaurants is just a stone throw away. The 2 train stations (Flandres and Euralille) are less than a 10-minute walk and the nearest underground station (Rihour) is just 100 M away. There are 2 bedrooms with double beds, a large living room with dinning area. Equipped with large flat screen OLED TV set. Kitchen entirely equipped. Bathroom with Italian type shower. Towels supplied. At your disposition is a Nespresso coffee machine. High debit internet by wifi. Cupboards to store your personal things. TV channels include Netflix. On 3rd floor without lift. Self check in and out possible In case of reservation for 1 or 2 persons, unless requested otherwise, only 1 double bedroom will be available.
In my life I have always travelled a lot. Born in Australia, lived in English speaking countries (thus am fluent), I know how important it is to greet travelers so that they feel welcomed. I do my best to greet clients: I hand over the keys myself and show around. There is a welcome book with the main instructions and my suggestions for shopping, bars and restaurants. I also hand out a city guide including the city map.
The. town centre is just 40 M away and the old town less than 5 minutes on foot. The apartment is ideally situated to have everything at hand.
