Located on the 3rd floor without elevator, the apartment is sunny and boasts unobstructed views and high ceilings. The apartment is particularly quiet, with air-conditioning and solid wood floors. This district has two faces, one of a rich cultural heritage accompagne by a family and peaceful atmosphere, and one of an administrative, commercial and touristic core, as well as more lively areas where many bars or restaurants are concentrated.
