Very nice mountain chalet-type three-bedroom apartment... Two bedrooms, living room, separate kitchen, bathroom, WC, on the second and top floor in a very quiet residence located at the foot of the ski lifts from Briançon (Prorel gondola). Shuttle for Serre-Chevalier, Monetier, Villeneuve at the bottom of the residence. Ideal for family/friends up to six people to be comfortable. For ecological and sanitary reasons we do not provide sheets or towels. 45m2 duplex apartment. The living room, the kitchen and the toilets on the ground floor, the bedrooms and the bathroom upstairs. The "adult" bedroom has a 120x200 cm bed and storage space. The "children's" bedroom is made up of a sofa bed 140x200 cm as well as storage. In the living room a sofatrundle bed that can accommodate 2 people (90x200 cm for each bed). FREE PRIVATE PARKING WITH ACCESS BY AUTOMATIC BARRIER, A BEEP WILL BE PROVIDED TO YOU ON YOUR ARRIVAL. FREE PLACEMENT ON THE PARKING. I also offer you a 20% discount on the rental of your equipment in summer and winter!! Tourist tax to be paid on site. Maximum number of Pets: 2. Additional charges will apply on-site based on usage for pets.
