This one bedroom apartment is located on the 1st floor of the high standing residence in the heart of the Contades District a few steps away from the Temple. The front door opens into a nice and bright living room. It is equipped with a convertible sofa bed for 2 persons, a dining table and a TV. A reversible air conditioning is also installed. The windows open onto a comfortable balcony overlooking a quiet street. The corridor leads to the bedroom, furnished with a double bed, a desk, a large dressing room and a television. Reversible air conditioning is also installed in the room. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, a large basin and a washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, a microwave oven, a kettle, a toaster and a coffee machine with piston. There is also a fridge with a freezer compartment. The toilets are separate and located next to the front door. wifi available, parking on the street is pretty easy but not free. A free zone parking is located at 5min by foot.
