The accommodation features a private entrance, dedicated parking, and air conditioning. Nestled in a very quiet residential neighborhood , the studio includes a private, fully equipped terrace (outdoor seating area and table). You have access to the pool at your discretion. The studio consists of a living area with a comfortable sofa bed (suitable for daily use), a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. There are animals live on-site (dogs, cats, and chickens), we kindly ask you to respect them. To make your stay more comfortable, a few essential items are provided upon your arrival. You will find: a roll of toilet paper, a dose of laundry detergent and dishwasher tablets, a trash bag, hand and body soap, dishwashing liquid, as well as a small assortment of coffee, tea, and basic condiments (salt, pepper, sugar, oil…).These items are intended to help you start your stay in good conditions. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to restock them yourself. If you find anything missing, feel free to let me know. As I live on-site, I can easily adapt to your needs. Rental by the month only outside the summer period.

Within a 10-minute bike ride (via a bike path): - The seaside with its beaches and activities (racecourse, restaurants, hypermarket, etc.) - Cagnes-sur-Mer train station.
