Cocoonr B&P Agency offers you, on the commune of Embrun, this charming studio of a surface of 27 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. Located on the 6th and last floor (with lift to the 5th floor), it consists of a living room of 18 m², an equipped kitchen, a shower room and a terrace to enjoy the invigorating mountain air. Now we are waiting for you! Other remarks : - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - Cleaning is to be done by the tenants. A cleaning service at the end of the stay is possible with an extra charge on request to the concierge. - Sheets and towels are available on request from the concierge.

The flat is ideally located in Embrun, in the Parc des 4 Soleils area, in a very pleasant environment with a lake accessible in 10 minutes on foot.
