Located on the 5th floor with lift, fully equipped and able to accommodate 2 people, this vacation rental consists of a kitchen equipped with an oven, fridge plate overlooking the dining area, a living room. Sleeping side, a bedroom with a double bed. double a shower room with shower and WC It is the ideal place to spend a great holiday near the sea, the Promenade des Anglais and the old town! You will find all the comforts there: restaurants, supermarket, butcher, bakery, etc. The tram is not far from the apartment and the bus line passes on the boulevard., you can visit Nice very quickly with the new tram line going from east to west.
