A complete refurbishment has just been completed in order to bring more comfort to our guests: wifi, air-conditioning, bathroom with shower, kitchen with dishwasher integration. The pergolas at the back gives access to a small private garden
It is in one of our two semi-detached villas in Marseillan that we stayed a few years ago to discover this magnificent region. Ideally located, we decided to rent them out so that we could share our love at first sight.
We chose a suburban area living all year round ideally located 150 meters from the Etang de Thau and the famous cellars of Noilly Prat on the port. A direct access to 100 meters from the bicycle path will allow you to go directly to Marseillan plage. Close to shops, restaurants and the Carrefour Market store you will benefit from a privileged environment.
