Bloom. Wow.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our beds were comfortable. We had a bath / shower combination. Heaven. There is a hot tub and a pool with an amazing view.
For meals, we ate the fixed priced menu the 1st night. It was very good and tasty. This is a moderately priced hotel with outstanding service.
The location was perfect for us. Outside the city square, private, with in walking distance.
Thank you. B

Stunning views of the area. The town itself is exquisite with a lot of shops & restaurants - a lot of commercial looking art galleries but still a great area to walk around, have ice cream ++. Just know it gets crowded & we were there in April!!!

St Paul is a beautiful hilltop medieval town 20 minutes from Nice airport. You do need a car to get here, although obviously buses are available.
I would say it is a great location for a short to medium stay – four days was perfect! If you do end up going here book a table at the colombe D’or restaurant – it is one of my favourite places in the world, but be warned and book as soon as you can, as you will not get a table if you just turn up! I have been here several times before, and so booked it about 10 weeks before I left London! This may not be the case in the winter of course! Ignore the TripAdvisor reviews – I think I must’ve gone to completely different restaurant😂. The service is fantastic, the waiters do speak English and in my opinion, the food is not overpriced although of course it is expensive as everything is in the south of France in fairly touristy places, which St Paul is! I live in London, so frankly anywhere is cheap by comparison! Do go to this restaurant famous for its paintings given by artists. After lunch have a good mooch around the pretty streets - you will find many sweet shops selling very expensive biscuits and sweets but the owners are very happy for you to look😊

The host told so many lies about my stay. She knew I didn’t have a car and I asked for only one trip to buy my groceries but she didn’t want this. There weren’t any taxis and that’s why the local took me home.I did notify the host.My plane was late which I explained to her. This is so wrong she gives this explanation.

Really lovely place to visit but you only need two to three days there to see everything. Lovely art galleries and shops. The best place to eat was Le Tilleul run by Maxine and his team. Fabulous food and really great service ! Avoid the Colomb D'Or restaurant - overpriced and very basic food. A basket of raw unpeeled vegetables in a basket with a tiny tiny bowl of pate for €40 ! Go and see Atelier Tanagra - lovely artwork, and her recommendation for the Craquelin from Patisserie Palanque in nearby Vence has to be followed.

St Paul is a beautiful historic village, full of art galleries & quirky shops selling lovely local produce. It's an ideal place to spend a day just wandering the cobbled streets & relaxing with a cold drink to admire the views of the countryside. Non slip shoes are a must as the narrow streets can be slippery.

Well, how about everything? Beautiful house and gardens. Wonderful hostess. Immaculately clean and furnished rooms with a small kitchen and dining area. Sitting area in the garden. The pool area in the back has a wonderful view of the valley and of Saint Paul de Vence. Excellent breakfast with the best coffee in France. You'll need a car to stay here as it is not in town, but it is only a ten-minute drive to Saint Paul de Vence. This bed and breakfast was the very best place we stayed in three weeks in France.
The house is centrally located in Saint Paul de Vence and a short walk from all the attractions and a host of fantastic restaurants. The house is very spacious and beautifully renovated and tastefully decorated, with a large modern kitchen, big lounge and spacious main bedroom and bathroom. It is very quiet and peaceful inside and is a haven from the busy all the activity in the the town. We felt rested and rejuvenated at the end of our stay.
Beautiful hotel with exceptional decoration in the room. Breakfast was delicious and could be served on the private balcony. The location is good, walking distance from the village. There is a small boulangerie near the hotel which makes it convenient for quick snacks. It is great having a swimming pool, too bad it is unheated for colder months. Only suggestion would be to have tea/coffee facilities in the room as most 4 stars hotels offer.
The property is absolutely beautiful on the heart of Saint Paul de Vence. We loved the shared space and the small number of rooms (we never saw any other guests). Our room was beautiful with a full shower and stand alone tub. Walking distance to everything and an amazing AC which was necessary in July. There was a coffee maker in the common area for breakfast. Very quiet and peaceful.
The property was off the highway and was well-maintained and lovely. The pool was excellent. Breakfast was wonderful but most of all the banishment was very very nice. Joel made me feel right at home and was always there when I needed help with advice. Truly a lovely place to stay for a moderate price hotel. I highly recommend it. The patio was extra special. Love the deep bathtub too
Stunning views and sun all day long. Fully equipped and tastefully furnished. The outdoor area extends over several levels and offers various seating and sunbathing options. You can also spend cosy evenings in the indoor area. Definitely the best accomodation around Saint-Paul. Thank you very much. We will certainly come back.
Everything about our stay in Saint Paul de Vence was amazing! the house was beautiful. we stayed in room 1 which I believe has the best view of the mountains and ocean. I would of happily of spent 3 days just in the room if the town also wasn’t just as beautiful. All the people in Saint Paul and amazingly friendly.
Room was lovely, with amazing natural light. Beautiful gardens with fun statues and art throughout. The spa is incredible - the indoor pool has all sorts of fun buttons to push for jets, countercurrents, etc. Loved the hamman area too! Saint Paul du Vence is a beautiful town.
The pool area is a secluded piece of paradise and the staff were fantastic, made to feel very welcome. Romeo on reception went above and beyond to help us, including dropping us off and collecting from Saint Paul de Vence. Would return in a heartbeat.
Suite was a good size. Lovely pool. Relaxing environment. Staff v helpful especially Shelley who gave recommendations as to places to visit/restaurants. Good continental breakfast in pleasant breakfast room. The hotel has a small boutique feel.
What a wonderful place to stay!! Relaxing, comfortable, amazing breakfast, walking distance to town. Will definitely be back if we are in the south of France. Jeanette and David were wonderful hosts. Sam, the puppy, was also a special treat!
Ideal B&B was an absolutely beautiful place to relax and enjoy the countryside of the South of France. We had a peaceful and luxurious stay and the lovely owner couldn’t have done more to make us feel welcome. Merci beaucoup! 😊
The owner is lovely, always available and really collaborative. The swimming pool and the garden nice. Very nice the breakfast too.
Good Position to visit Saint Paul and other nice places.
We stayed in Villa for 2 days. The room definitely had the atmosphere of southern France. The breakfast was also very nice. I hated to leave this room. I strongly recommend this hotel.
The location near St Paul de Vence and being able to walk into town. The room with terrace was very comfortable, the lovely breakfast and the garden and pool
We couldn't have had a better stay. The hotel was so beautiful, lovely staff, and the pool was great for the kids! Home cooked meals made the stay wonderful!
