Show home, main door, 1 bed flat in the village of Newmilns. Gallery hall with guest bathroom. Good-sized living/dining area, including featured fireplace. Country style kitchen, XL bedroom with ensuite shower room. 2 minute walk to shops including bakery, takeaways, pharmacy, beauty salon & bobbins cafe. Also within the village is a pub & restaurants not too far. 3 min drive to Tesco & petrol station. Private parking to the rear on the right side through the tunnel. Perfect for short & long stay contractors, singles/couples. A home away from home. Self check-in/check-out using safety key box. Will message key code, day before arrival.
A chatty, bubbly, down to earth Glasgow lass. Very friendly and approachable. A bit of a perfectionist. Favourite quote - why try to fit in when you can stand out. Message me if needed
