Property info

This beautiful 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house was fully renovated at the end of 2022 and brought to market January 2023. With high spec fixtures and fittings this house would be the perfect base for any visitor to our amazing city. The downstairs bedroom is a twin with 2 single beds and plenty of storage space, all bedroom have a flat screen smart TV. Carrying on along the hall will bring you in the spacious lounge/diner/kitchen. A seperate dining area ensures plenty of space for serving a meal or light refreshments. The fully fitted and equipped kitchen also has a breakfast bar for additional seating. The large L shaped sofa has plenty of space for relaxing, chilling and watching the smart TV. Off the kitchen is the downstairs shower room with walk in shower, sink and WC. Upstairs there are a further 3 double bedrooms all containing plenty of storage space and flat screen TVs. There is also a further shower room upstairs. The house is situated on the end of a row of houses at the end of a cul de sac. Parking Info: As this house is on the end of a row and in a cul de sac parking is occasionally difficult. All adjacent roads are free parking and not reserved or permit so you can park there.

Situated in the popular suburb of Wavertree it's a great place as a base to explore our amazing city. An uber would have you in the city centre in about 10 minutes. There are lots of shops such as tesco within a 5 minute walk. The main M62 motorway is about a 5 minute drive.
