Property information

Internally presented to an impeccable standard with great attention to detail this 2 bedroom property is a real credit to the owner who undertook the refurbishment. Along with the quality workmanship throughout it's also very tastefully presented with a contemporary yet homely feel. The property is situated just a stones' throw from York city centre and very close to York St. John University. It has the added benefit of having off street parking for one car in the driveway area to the front. The downstairs area features an open plan lounge and dining area with wood flooring and a smart TV. The dining table can seat 4 for dinner. There is a very nice modern kitchen just off the lounge that features some high end appliances and is well equipped for any length of stay. There is also the added bonus of a small, decked patio area too with seating for 4. Upstairs in the property you can find the bathroom that features a shower over the bath along with the 2 bedrooms. There's one double room and the other room can be set as a super kingsize bed or twin beds upon request.
