Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. located in Kirkby town centre 1 mile from Kirkby train station, 10mins Aintree Race course, 20mins Liverpool Central. Liverpool FC Academy walking distance, Anfield and Goodison in 15mins by train. Knowsley industrial estate walking distance. really simple for commuters lots of amenities and local shops, bars, restaurants, gyms. Property has recently been refurbished to a high standard, as you can see in pictures beds are still unused
I'm very friendly, hard working, family man, who loves sports having fun and watching live music Phone, txt or emails for any information needed or request before arrival. I am local to property so can be at property normally within 20 minutes
Quiet suburban friendly community located central to all local shops, amenities, bus and train routes to Liverpool city centre, Aintree Race course, Southport, Crosby, Anfield,Goodison. Local buses run frequent from Kirkby town centre 5 minutes walk from property. Kirkby train station is less than 1 mile away from property short walk along cherryfield drive then Kirkby row brings you right to train station. Headbolt lane train station is also an option this is a brand new train station only recently opened just a short walk away.
