Ava House B&B is one of the longest serving Bed and Breakfast properties in Bicester. We are most reasonably priced and have a friendly staff to cater for our guests. We are about 5 minutes from Bicester North Rail Station and 10 minutes from the most famous brand outlet - The Bicester Village. The bus stop is just a minute's walk connecting all London, Oxford, Banbury, Cambridge, etc.

We have got 7 ensiute letting rooms with newly refurbished bathrooms. All rooms are fitted with Freeview TV and small fridges. Free Wifi is available throughout the property. Special check in and check out time could be arranged if contacted beforehand. Coffee/tea is available at the downstairs dining area round the clock. Please help yourself. We are located in a very peaceful neighbourhood but by the side of a major road in Bicester. Pub, Takeaways, convenience stores all are located just opposite the road.
