The bed was comfortable and clean. The towels were clean and plentiful. There was a fridge with two small bottles of water which I appreciated, and tea/coffee making supplies with a kettle.
The young man from the restaurant kindly carried my bag upstairs for me.

The location for us was great, fairly remote but with shops, pubs etc. not too far away. We also went for a local walk at the Marches Mosses which was lovely along the canals and through the peat bog. The property was really homely and had everything that we needed for a pleasant stay. For such a tiny place it really had a lot going for it. The decorations were really nicely done and made us feel at home.

It was great, we are able to park two cars on the night we stayed and then collected them two days later after cycling 120 mile around the area.
Very nice place to stay.
Hazel was very helpful.
THANK YOU.

Hello, we found the venue very quiet and lovely surroundings. Main points was trying to find in the dark was not east because of direction we come from, only water and not sparkling was on the taps and the bed was in two parts which had a gap in the middle which made a dip in the bed. However the venue was very good, perfect place to get away and would go again. This is constructive feedback and not a negative and we would recommend this venue as a get away. Thank you

Car parking is low cost compared with our home area, and the machines added the parking time with each coin inserted - a system that would be welcomed everywhere.

Shower in room wouldn’t turn off so had to listen to dripping water all night.
Wind howled through balcony door and under entrance door so unable to sleep.
When spoke to reception following morning we were thanked for our comments and told there is a knack to turning off the shower! Perhaps we could have been told on arrival.

A lovely location for a mixture of reasons - a good tranquil location for those that want peace and quiet and privacy, but also a good base for getting out and about across north wales and beyond.
Whitchurch as a town is ok and has some good eating places.
The apartment was immaculate in cleanliness, design, and amenities. The hostess was pleasant, available but left us to do as we wanted. The patio was lovely and only fields were visible at the back. A small single lane leads to the properties, but the distance is short and we met no one else on our drives in and out. While it feels like you are in the middle of no where, in fact Whitchurch, a lovely town, is only four miles away. This is a spot we will return to happily. Kudos to the owner who should share more photos of this lovely spot!
Conveniently located if you are in need of staying in Whitchurch.
Great selection of Burger menu ar the Reubens restaurant and cooking hours are handy if you are late arrival and hungry.
Food not overpriced.
Rooms are just what you need and packed with selection of hot drinks, snacks ,cereal etc
Parking across the street, within a few steps reach just check as iys pay and display exept Sunday.
Restaurant staff was lovely .
The location was great. We were attending a family wedding about 10 mins drive away. First impressions of the hotel we're good, our room was huge. Staff very pleasant and welcoming,.and on paper, facilities were excellent. Food was good, although restaurant is pricey. Good choices for breakfast, buffet style cooked, plus pastries, cereal, continental choices and fresh fruit.. Fresh tea or coffee served at the table.
Really comfortable and well equipped accommodation, everything finished to a very high standard. The peaceful location lends to a relaxing break, market towns of Whitchurch and Market Drayton just a ten minute drive away. This part of Shropshire is beautiful, Paul is the ideal host and we highly recommend a stay at The Cart House to anyone who may be considering it
Beautifully restored and maintained compact house in a central location. The property is immaculately clean inside. Whitchurch is an attractive little market town with interesting shops. We had a very good meal at the pub next door. We were attending a wedding, and the owner Emma was helpful and prompt in replying to queries about taxis etc.
No breakfast, but coffee/tea & snacks (granola bars, fresh fruit, etc.) available. Great breakfast available right across the street. The rooms were perfectly adequate and centrally located for our one night stay. Clean and generally well-maintained. And Whitchurch is a charming little town.
Stunning location, really peaceful. Gorgeous room and view. Lovely bed linen and pillows, very comfortable bed. I think this was the best hotel bed I have ever slept in! Lots of nice little extras like cake, fresh milk on arrival, etc. Very helpful staff. Delicious and generous breakfast.
The location worked well for me as i needed to be close to Whitchurch. The staff were friendly and helpful. Parking easy and close to door so easy to carry bags etc.
Breakfast was fine and made more interesting by the toaster jamming and filling the restaurant with smoke!
The hideaway is cosy, comfortable and finished with little luxurious touches. It is quiet but close enough to Whitchurch and Malpas for spots to eat and walk. Hot tub is fab, bed is super comfortable. Everything needed for a relaxing break!
The property is in a vibrant section of Whitchurch. It was perfect for our stay to visit family in Whitchurch. I especially appreciated all of the attention to detail and nice touches with the property. The staff was extremely helpful.
Location was perfect. Room was clean and comfortable bed was comfortable. Bee the owner was welcoming and friendly and Sylvia who worked in the hotel was lovely ..Hotel was close to everything and right beside a lovely park.
The apartment was very comfortable, clean and ideally located in the centre of Whitchurch. I really appreciated the very generous food hamper Charlotte provided and all the things you might need for your dog.
Comfortable & warm room in the middle of Whitchurch which was just what we needed.
A nice touch was the free cereal in the room, a nice snack to start the day with.
