We have 3 individually designed holiday let apartments each containing 400 thread count bedding and luxury soft towels. The design approach we have taken in each apartment is to give you a truly memorable and relaxing stay. All our apartments are fitted with a full kitchen and also have washing and drying facilities for guests to use. The bathroom in each apartment contains a large luxury shower with vanity storage. The living rooms contain electric fires as well as a HD TV with DVD player. In each bedroom there is plenty of storage space plus hanging space. We have hairdryers in each of the apartments, along with free WIFI for all our guests to use. Due to the recent government guidelines, we now have wall mounted hand sanitiser in all apartments plus communal areas for our guests to use. We already have our cleaning team thoroughly clean all apartments to an extremely high standard, however we have put further things in place to ensure a deep clean of each apartment is done after each of our guests has checked out. At Bala Holiday Suites we value the care and safety of each of our guests and hope you have an enjoyable, comfortable stay.
We would like to welcome you to Bala Holiday Suites, our luxury high end boutique holiday apartments. Within Bala Holiday Suites we have 3 individual holiday let apartments named ‘The Woodland Suite’, ‘The Lakeside Suite’ and ‘The Welsh Suite’. Once your booking has been processed with us, you will receive a confirmation email and also a welcome message from us with answers to any questions you have asked. We will contact you once again via email 1 week before your check in date to ask for your ETA. Around 24hrs before we will contact you a third time via email to provide the keycode information on how to collect the keys to your apartment. It is really important that each guest checks their emails thoroughly for our instructions on the key safe code otherwise you will not be able to access the apartment. Our head office is only open Monday - Friday 9am until 5pm. Therefore, any messages sent through booking. com will NOT be responded to until the next working day. We do have an out of hours emergency number which will be provided for each booking. We have the right to charge costs for any damage left to the apartment upon check out. Check out is strictly 10am.
The Bala Holiday Suites are situated in the heart of Bala. Within walking distance of the lake and in a stone throw of the shops, bars and restaurants. Whether your interests are water sports, walking, cycling, or just simply relaxing, Bala has it all to offer and much more to make your stay memorable and enjoyable. On street parking is available on the road side, and there is also an outdoor carpark across the road from the apartments. The outdoor car park is 11 pounds per 24 hrs. Please be aware that we, Bala Holiday Suites have NO ownership nor involvement with either of these parking areas as they are owned by the local council. Therefore we will NOT be responsible for your vehicle, nor amend any parking charges or reserve spaces.
