Alma House is grade 2 listed and just renovated. It offers three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a spacious lounge and dinning area, kitchen, home cinema and sauna. The master bedroom offers a double bed and en-suite shower, toilet and basin and views up Church Street. the two further bedrooms have small double beds and Street views. All bedrooms have shutters and blackout blinds.The second bathroom offers a full size bath, toilet and basin. The third bathroom offers a shower, toilet and basin. The living room is spacious with 3 sofas and a dinning area that sits 6 with room to store cycles and walking boots. The home cinema seats 6 and is found in the basement and even has a popcorn machine, the infrared sauna seats 4. The kitchen is well equipped with a large range cooker, fridge freezer and dishwasher. Secure WiFi is freely available throughout the property. Top quality linen and towels are provided and the mattresses are super comfortable. Extra pillows are available. The house is situated in the town centre amongst the many independent cafes, restaurants shops and pubs. The tourist information office is just across the road.

The house is so centrally located, just a 2 or 3 minutes walk from Seaford railway station and the beach, from where you can walk up Seaford Head to Hope's Gap, the Cuckmere River, Cuckmere Haven and the Seven Sisters. Seaford is ideally located for visits to Brighton or Eastbourne via the coast road by bus or by train. After a busy day walking, cycling (bikes are not provided), sun bathing or sightseeing be sure to relax in the home cinema and sauna. The property is ideally central to make the most of the Seaford's great galleries, restaurants, pubs, and independent shops. Otherwise, the well equipped kitchen and spacious lounge and dinning area means that you can relax very comfortably and make yourself at home. Enjoy the powerful showers or have a soak in the full size bath. The mattresses are super comfortable and the linen top quality. Hairdryers and bath towels are provided. There is space for the secure storage of cycles if you are travelling that way. Netflix, iplayer and WiFi are provided free of charge. There is even a bench by the front door where you can sit and watch the world go by.
