As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and a microwave. The house is a perfect place to relax and offers television and internet access. This house has three bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 4 to 7. In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed. In the next bedroom, there is a double bed. The third bedroom contains a double bed. There is additional sleeping space in the house, comprising a single sofa bed. There are two bathrooms. The first bathroom is ensuite and has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower. The second bathroom is a family-size bathroom with a toilet and sink and a bath with a shower over it. Linen, towels, essential toiletries, a hair dryer, and an iron with an ironing board are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. House Rules: - Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out is 10 am. - Smoking is not allowed. - There are free on-street parking facilities available by the property. - A washer/dryer is included for your use. - Pets are not allowed at the property. - There is a cleaning fee of 55 GBP. There are os no recording camera inside the house. The two cameras down stairs linked to the alarm system facing the front and back entrance doors, whic is deactivated with the alarm during the guest stay in the property. These cameras do not infringe the Airbnb terms on privacy, it is for security when there is no booking and the property is empty. There is one outside to pick up movement at the back which has community alley way.
