Southbourne is known for being a popular seaside resort in the suburb of Bournemouth, Southbourne is situated between well-known Boscombe and Christchurch. Southbourne makes for the perfect stay, with attractions all within walking distance. Southbourne is home to one of the many Blue Flag award-winning beaches, the miles of safe golden sands ensures a perfect family day out. Just up from the beach, you will find a very popular play park on the cliff top, with the opportunity to stroll along to the many cafes. The main area of Southbourne is Southbourne Grove, which harbours a long shopping street that has a unique mix of individual shops. Here you will find local amenities such a post office, bank, pharmacy and chain supermarkets including both Tescos and Sainsburys, for those who wish to cook at home of an evening. Don't forget to explore Fishermans Walk nature trail, a stunning walk along the cliff top situated between Fishermans Avenue and Portman Crescent in Southbourne, linking to Southbourne Grove.
