Extremely comfortable room with view of the Loch. Breakfast and Dinner were both excellent with attentive Staff. The Porter team did an excellent job in delivering and collecting our luggage and the Valet parking was extremely efficient.

We loved every single thing about this place. It has a great energy & the staff are phenomenal. Food was delicious & reasonably priced. Shout out to Des, the lovely blond Assistant Manager lady & the two bartenders who kept the Rosè wine topped up... we'll be back for sure...

Beautiful scenery on the walks to Loch Lomond shores, if you can get on the boat tour then I would definitely recommend, so tranquil. The Tullie Inn is directly next to the train station and across the road is the boat trips booking office. We’ve stayed here a few times. Pleasant staff, cosy, comfortable and clean spacious rooms.

We have stayed there before. Like where it sits on the Loch. Easy access to parking. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Food good and great variety. The only downside is there is no sitting area away from the restaurant at night. Could do with a little bar to have a quiet drink before going to bed. Didn't spend a huge amount of time in Balloch bit did a Loch Cruise with Sweeneys which was very pleasant. Also took a walk through the Castle Park and saw a Red Squirrel there, park is beautiful too which also has a walled garden. Apart from the House of Fraser shopping centre there was not much else. Ideal for walking an=round the area but the town itself is in need of investment as it was pretty shabby, poor example of the gateway to Loch Lomond

Visitor information was very accommodating, good food. Train, buses good service. Resturant, Mavi, Princess Rose, Tullies so far Good food and hosts. Loved the train and bus drivers helpful too. Corner store by train very accommodating, can get sim card for your phone and some groceries, small deli, people use a lot, friendly owners/workers xx Shopping mall too/like. With things children can ride and ply on. Buses to go from Balloch area, walked a lot from Bruach Lodge, thru a park with picnic tables with fire pits to cook otherside is view of the Loch. Stop off to eat in Duck Bay/Hotel, good food in restaurant, pleasant service and coffee shop with eats. Still discovering xx Small pharmacy, gift shop too Need more shopsAAnonymous - 10Scored 10

Very nice area, we ate and drank in a couple of the bars/restaurant in the area but by far the best was 'the dog house' and 'Mavi' where we we greeted like locals and had a good afternoon drinking, before continuing into the Mavi for drinks and Scottish Folk night which was excellent. The staff, owners, and customers alike were all very friendly. I wish it was easier for us to go back!Myers

Property has been finished to an extremely high standard and is completely kitted out with everything you would want (if not more) on a home away from home stay. Lot’s of added touches like toiletries, tissues, washing up liquids etc. Master bedroom is massive and has a beautiful en suite. Smaller bedroom equally lovely/cosy. The hotel itself was extremely clean , with wonderful staff who made us feel so welcome - the breakfast is a must 😍
