Everything! The flat is really stylish and it really felt like a treat staying there. So many lovely walks and eateries near there as well. I would highly recommend Pie, their cookies and pies are amazing! The hosts were so helpful and welcoming. I couldn’t recommend enough.

Stylish modern well equipped apartment with stunning views, very central but quiet location secure bike store free parking, also GUARANTEED free private parking 5 minutes walk from the apartment Private free bike wash nearby Very close to 7Stanes, Peebles, Glentress Hi speed free internet Washing machine, also laundry across the street, serviced and self service Comfy double bed and also a sofa bed in lounge area Spectacular scenic walks all around including the famousSouthern Upland Way Artisan bakery and pie shop, great takeaway, famous ice cream parlour, fish and chip shop Traquair Arms hotel, great food and beers, Saffron Indian restaurant, very good. Loulabelles cafe, number 1 cafe and Haus and co, craft shop/coffe/ cake Two golf courses within 4 miles, tennis courts, bowling green, trout and salmon fishing, Wild swimming in the Tweed, public baths in Peebles Visit Traquair House, St Ronan’s Wells and the beautiful historic town of Peebles Nice grassy area outside flat, also a delightful small shallow mill stream Small landing/terrace (no balcony) for two, outside the apartment door with lovely views of the hills, very sunny aspect in the mornings Absolutely charming dining area at the side of the mill stream, very sunny aspect

In the heart if the Tweed valley amidst spectacular scenery, Innerleithen is an attractive town with great amenities. Ideal for mountain biking, walking, golfing & fishing. Great artisan baker, pie maker, several excellent cafes, Indian restaurant, Chinese take away, Co-op supermarket, post office/greengrocer Traquair Arms hotel, great food.
