This studio forms part of a 5 storey house situated only 5 minutes walk from the centre of Brighton and 150 metres from the beach. A perfect Location. The area is called Kemp Town, although the centre of Brighton itself is only 5 minutes walk. It is an exciting, buzzing neighbourhood full of shops, bars and restaurants. At the bottom of the street is the seafront and beach
