Property info

The hotel was built in 1892 and has been a hotel since 1905. It is just a stone's throw from the beach. The sweep of coast from Rhos on Sea to Colwyn Bay has a seen a major transformation with over 2 million tonnes of sand added to the beach. People are now calling it the Welsh Riviera making it one of the best beaches in the UK.

Neighborhood info

The hotel is on a quiet side street just off the promenade. The Toad hall restaurant is just around the corner and offer's some fine dining. More restaurants and pubs are all within a ten minute walk.
