The property has secure gated parking at the rear with fits only 1 car or van. Parking is available behind the gate too. Your registration is needed in advance to allow access to the alleyway or rear gated parking. The communal area offers a fully equipped kitchen, communal lounge with TV. Linens and cleaning are to hotel standard. Each room can sleep a couple. Ideal guests are work stays / contractors working up in Middlesbrough.
