All modern facilities catered for. Kitchen is small but there is very good use of the space including a range for cooking, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, washing machine. Kitchen fully equipped with cutlery, pots, pans, glassware and crockery. Sounds crowded, but the use of space means it isn't. Very well planned cottage, and will take some ideas away for my own property. Hosts are really friendly and accessible when I had any questions about recycling, etc. Bed was comfortable and I struggled in the arms of Morpheus most mornings to get out! Wonderful views across the valley. Magical when the snow was on the mountain tops and it felt like spring at the cottage.

Company info

We run 4 holiday cottages within 100m of one another and Cwmdu Campsite (opposite the cottages), which has a reception for tourist information, a convenience shop and often has pop-up catering.

Property info

The perfect, peaceful, country getaway for couples of families. Dog friendly, Wifi, mountain views and walks in the Brecon Beacons National Park from the door. A luxury free-standing bath in the main bedroom or sitting in front of the log fire; the perfect way to unwind after exploring Cwmdu, Crickhowell, and the rest of the local area. Pub within walking distance. Modern and newly renovated kitchen and bathroom. We own Cwmdu Campsite (50 meters away) which has glamping, a convenience shop, a laundrette and pop-up catering.

Neighborhood info

Farmers Arms pub serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, 350m walk down the road. There are many walks from the door around the Brecon Beacons National Park. Llangorse lake 10 minutes drive away. Tretower Castle, Court and Cafe/Bistro bar 25 minutes walk. Crickhowell town, 5 minute drive.
