It is situated within walking distance of Winckley Square, and all the shops, restaurants and bars Preston has to offer. This is an ideal apartment for leisure or a home away from home if you're working in the area. Spacious Bedroom: The flat boasts spacious open plan area with a comfortable double bed for you to sink into after a long day. There is a large wardrobe and a chest of drawers for all of your belongings. Modern Bathroom: There is a bathroom with a large bath which is ideal for running yourself a relaxing bubble bath after a long day. There is also a shower over the bath with excellent water pressure. The bathroom is stocked with all essential toiletries. Towels are provided. Sociable Living Area: The flat has a comfortable living room which is perfect for kicking back in and relaxing on the sofas watching your favourite shows on the large Smart TV. Well Equipped Kitchen: The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a lovely dinner with friends which can be enjoyed in the dining area. Please note that we only provide a starter pack of consumables (toiletries, toilet paper, bin bags and cleaning products) upon arrival. Stay Connected: Please note that there is no WiFi access currently for this flat.
