Preferably known as Lou, she lives on the South coast of Cornwall and having moved there from London in 2010 she has gathered an extensive knowledge of all that the County has to offer its visitors. She is available on the phone or in person giving guests peace of mind should they have any queries or require any information. Having a previous career in large scale IT Sales projects and as a Wedding & Events Manager, both in London, she understands what Customer Service and Quality really means and how important they are to guests.

Badges is a charming 250 year old Farm Cottage sleeping 5 guests in 3 bedrooms. Located in the beautiful hamlet of Clawton, next to Holsworthy in North Devon. Semi Rural and nestled in 50 acres of private fields and woodland with far reaching views over the Devon Countryside, it is a perfect family holiday home for 5. Badges is only 3 miles from Holsworthy and just 20 minutes to the surfing beaches at Bude. The stunning and enchanting Dartmoor National Park is a 25 minute drive away and you are surrounded by many great Pubs and Restaurants. The cottage is Rural enough to get away from it all but close to all the usual conveniences. You will get 40mb Wifi speed and full 4G on most phone networks. The Childrens Play Room has a Samsung Smart TV with Xbox 360, books & board games. There are 2 living rooms, one with a comforting Log Burner, the other bright and sunny with far reaching Countryside Views. The views are breathtaking and it is so tranquil here, you will have no choice but to switch off and relax. The 50 acres of private farmland and woodland are for you to roam in and explore and you may catch a glimpse of our resident Deer and Barn Owls!

Close to several beautiful beaches:- Stunning Summerleaze Beach is just a 22 minute drive Widemouth Bay in Bude is a 20 minute drive away Crackington Haven is 30 minutes drive All safe for swimming, Kayaking and SUP Boarding We also provide Beach Towels! Dartmoor National Park is just a 25 minute drive. Spectacular Scenery and Walking Country plus so many wonderful pubs and all those cute friendly ponies and sheep! Great for Photography enthusiasts and steeped in history plus being possibly the best place for Geocaching! You will need a car to get around locally and for exploring further afield Local Taxis are available for those evening pub meals
