Forget your worries in this cozy double bedroom in a stunning bungalow situated on the quietest part of River Thames. (Another double bedroom is available if a family of 4, check my profile). Watch boats, yachts and swans go by on our large garden and mooring (river patio), where you can sit and enjoy your breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea or chai. Or watch the orange sun set over the horizon of the luscious green riverside walks. Home cooked delicious Indian meals are available on request. 20mins from Heathrow Airport (Naren can pick up for a competitive fee with Uber) 8 mins from Thorpe Park/Windsor Castle/Royal Holloway University
I am a medical doctor about to retire soon. My husband is a retired medical doctor. We both work together to give a best home-like experience to our guests. Being from an Air Force background we enjoy meeting new people, making friends and looking after them. I always try to put myself in my guests' shoes and strive to deliver a memorable stay for them. I believe in good communication and cleanliness. I enjoy cooking and consider myself to be a good cook which comes handy if guests want to have home cooked fresh food. I love classical music and enjoy singing. Gardening is my passion.
The house is situated in a private cul de sac which leads to lush green forest area containing many fruit trees (apples, damsons, grapes, plums and cherry). There is a long walking path along river Thames with amazing sights along the route including flocks of swans, ducks and birds. Places of interest from our location- 6 minutes drive to Little Green Boat Club. Boats can be hired on hourly or day basis,which are safe and easy to drive (including for non-swimmers). 6 minutes drive to Lammas Recreation park which also includes a new 9-hole mini golf course, riverside cafe and tennis court. 8 minutes drive and 20 minute walk to Thorpe Park. 12 minute drive to Royal Holloway University. 4 minutes drive to TASIS The American International School,UK 20 minutes drive to Windsor Castle and Great Park. 23 minutes drive to LEGOLAND, Windsor. 8 minutes drive to Magna Carta, old Windsor. 20 minutes drive to Savill Garden.1 3 minutes drive to Wentworth Golf Club,Virginia Water. 14 minutes drive to Ashford Manor Golf Club, Ashford. 21 minutes drive to Racecourse, Ascot (Ladies Day At Royal Ascot, 18-22 June in 2024). 15-20 minutes drive to London Heathrow airport
