This semi detached 3 bed property was extensively modernised in 2023 and is located close to Largs seafront with open views over Clyde Estuary. Property comprises - Downstairs : Sitting room, kitchen / diner (6), one twin bedroom, one family bathroom (with bath + shower) and utility - Upstairs : One twin bedroom, one double bedroom + toilet / shower room - Off street parking, rear patio with seating area, storage in garage for prams / sports equipment. - 2 Computer workstations - EV Charger
I have been letting Cumbrae View House holiday rental since 2016 and have multiple positive reviews through my own website, and several other market leading advertiser. I have achieved a recognised Certificate of Excellence and a number of Superhost rankings based on the feedback provided by guests I do try to provide a high quality experience for customers, and in 2023 carried out a full refurbishment of Cumbrae View House. We typically leave guests to enter and exit the property, through a key safe system themselves, as we live several miles away from the property ( a ferry journey away) . We are happy to respond to any guest queries by phone of email, and will respond directly as required
Largs is a premier seaside resort in North Ayrshire, Scotland. The town offers wonderful views of the islands of Arran and Cumbrae, superb countryside and a variety of sports, including golf and sailing. It is located on the sheltered west coast of Scotland and is roughly 25 miles (40 km) south-west of Glasgow International Airport, and 21 miles (34 km) north of Glasgow (Prestwick) Airport which is served by Ryanair. A good selection of restaurants, bars and shops are within walking distance to the house which is situated at the South end of Largs. Cumbrae View House is on the Largs Local Bus route which provides a local service within the town. It is around 1 mile away from Largs Train Station, and within 5 minutes walk of the main bus services which travel the coastal route between Greenock - Largs - Ardrossan.
