Appliances consist of an electric oven, halogen hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, coffee machine, and five Smart TVs. Outside there is a front decked area with furniture and sun loungers, an enclosed rear patio with furniture and hot tub, and a private driveway. This is a pet-free and smoke-free home.
