Serviced Living Liverpool are a serviced accommodation provider operating across the Liverpool area. We are a family-run business consisting of three brothers, born, raised and residing in Liverpool. We have been operating in the hospitality industry for over 5 years and have built up a large portfolio of serviced accommodation properties. We are passionate about providing high-quality accommodation, combined with exceptional customer service, across our fabulous city. Our portfolio currently consists of over 50 properties, made up of a combination of studio, one and two bedroom apartments and 3 bedroom houses. The properties are based in 13 locations, including Bold Street, Moorfields, Tobacco Wharf, The Docklands, several in The Baltic Triangle Area and we also have a several on the outskirts of the city centre. We specialise in working with large contractors and local businesses, providing affordable accommodation for their employees and business partners when they are visiting or working in the local area.

In between is a spacious living area, small fully-equipped kitchen and shower room. With comfortable bench seating, a table, TV, free Wi-Fi, board games for the kids, it has everything you need for a fab weekend. The boat has two sundecks, prefect for a picnic in the day or star gazing at night, you will even find blankets onboard. The boat is moored in the Liverpool Marina, right next door to the Royal Albert Dock, one of the most iconic docks in the world.
