    Everything! This is such a cosy little cottage. Very quiet with a shop literally a 5 minute walk. Beautiful garden with views of the ponies. Comfortable beds, already looking to book again.

    Lovely house and beautifully decorated. There are lot’s of things to see in the area and there is a pub with good food on the other side of the road. The host is very friendly and welcoming.

Company information

The cottage is full of character as is the village. The village and some of the cottages have been used in locations of many TV productions. You will enjoy the quiet and privacy of the cottage yet feel part of this lovely little village. There is much to do in the area, the historic market town of Farnham is only a 8 minute drive away with the mainline station of London Waterloo 50 minutes. Walking, cycling and the beautiful countryside is on the doorstep. Farnham thrives with individual shops, coffee shops and a wealth of pubs and restaurants for all tastes. The Maltings is a cultural organisation with theatre, dance productions, pottery, art, textiles, photography etc., shows and exhibitions are often held here. Farnham also has a Castle and lovely park.

Eglantine is a 17th Century Listed Cottage and as such please expect low ceilings and beams throughout , an inglenook fireplace with gas effect fire in the sitting room is original as is the bread oven. The sitting room is quiet and comfortable with cosy sofa and chairs and a dining table and chairs, Freeview TV. The Galley style kitchen is fully fitted with gas hob, electric combination oven, extractor fan, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, fully equipped with all cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery etc., there is a small seating area overlooking the pretty garden. The Bathroom is on the ground floor with shower over bath, wc, handbasin with mirror above and cupboard below with shaver socket. The Master bedroom is spacious and delightful with beamed ceiling and walls, a Super king size bed with cosy mattress, quality linen and towels. Plenty of wardrobe space, dressing table and chair Bedroom 2 is separated from the landing by pretty curtains and has a 4' antique brass bed, dressing table. This quaint and full of character, 17th century listed cottage sits peacefully at the end of a terrace row in the centre of the beautiful historic village of Crondall. Almost opposite the friendly village pub and 2 minutes walk from the local store and post office. The quiet of the countryside all around with fabulous walks and cycling yet just 10 minute drive from the market town of Farnham with its wealth of cafes, restaurants, pubs and shops.
