This contemporary 3 bedroom house is located in a quiet, peaceful residential area 2 minute drive away from Westwood Cross with allocated parking. This property boasts of a living room, fully equipped kitchen, en-suite king size bedroom, double and single bedroom and a family bathroom, perfect for a family getaway. This house is the perfect central location with all the benefits of close shops and restaurants such as M&S, ASK and a variety of gyms. Margate Beach - 9 mins drive Kingsgate Bay Beach - 12 mins drive Viking Bay - 10 mins drive Ramsgate Beach - 15 mins drive St Peter’s - 8 mins drive GROUND FLOOR Living room - modern, comfortable living room equipped with a high speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV including Apple TV. An area to relax even more on a bean bag and the availability of games to keep you and the family entertained. We love affirmations snd showing gratitude, so as a personal touch we have created a gratitude board where you can join us in showing appreciation for the things in life that meaningful or valuable to you. Kitchen - a beautiful light and airy kitchen with everything you could need including a cooker, microwave, kettle, fridge/freezer. Tea, coffee, sugar, salt + pepper provided. Dining room - contains a large table suited for 5 people with a door that leads into the gravel garden. Cloakroom - hand wash basin and WC. FIRST FLOOR Bedroom 1 - contains a king size bed with bedside tables, wardrobe, work station, mirror and an en suite shower room with hand wash basin and WC. Bedroom 2- is made up of a double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe and mirror. A workstation can be added upon request. Bedroom 3 - a single bed with a bedside table, wardrobe space and mirror with a view of Vue Cinema. Family bathroom with a bath, shower facility and WC.
