    Great location on a lovely tree-lined road just behind the seafront. Studio is compact but has everything you need and more. There is a private area to sit outside with a lovely view over the treetops. Hosts were welcoming and good communicators....

Light, private, green space. Easy access to theatres, high street, transport systems and Sea. South facing Balcony with pleasant views while drinking a nespresso coffee.... !This tree lined street was once known as the coolest in Southend with Head of the Gas and Water companies both living here and also the Mayor’s son! Today we have a top quality tennis court at the end of the road in a small park and you can book courts online with us if you request in advance. The bedroom is ideal for one and cosy for two but has space for preparing snacks and an armchair. We have a beautiful, back garden, with mature fruit trees, leading down to the hidden C2C railway line; you are welcome to use the garden and fire pit if you give us due notice. A great little get away in a beautiful 1905 Victorian home, private entrance from your own south facing balcony overlooking trees. Close to Anglia and C2C stations direct from London with readily accessible bus and airport links. Full fibre wi-fi. TV with Netflix as well as fridge, microwave, toaster + kettle for light snacks. The spacious bathroom has bathtub and walk in shower. We provide tea, coffee and biscuits and self check in is available if desired.
