Large double bedroom, modern clean en-suite, small private lounge with smart tv, work area & coffee/tea making facilities. Good WiFi connectivity. In the shared kitchen there’s a small under counter fridge/freezer for exclusive use, own cupboard for food, breakfast bar area with selection of cereals, tea, coffee etc. Kitchen is large, open plan, big breakfast bar, fully equipped eg dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, air fryer, microwave, blender, coffee machine & more. Also there’s a large communal lounge with big tv. The property is non-smoking however away from main rooms there is a sheltered garden room that smokers can use.
I work online as a designer so am generally available if you need help. My dog, Charlie, is a friendly Cockapoo & my cat Herbs, is off-hand. Small/medium dogs are welcome. There’s a lake walk nearby.

Also small shopping area 0.3 miles, large Asda 0.7 miles plus local pubs & takeaways within walking distance.
