Ideally nestled in a modern off-street, city centre residency - our exquisite interior designed apartment is situated a short stroll from the new union terrace gardens as well as some of the city’s best theatre, dining and shopping experiences. This apartment is a stunning base for business trips, or a city break with friends & family with an added touch of class.

Located in a quiet, modern residence block away from the surrounding streets you have the bonus of a quiet and private setting whilst being in the heart of Aberdeen. With Bon Accord shopping centre essentially on your doorstep and less than 5 minutes stroll to the beautiful Union Terrace Gardens, Union Street and Aberdeens main Theatre you can't get much more central than this. We have the ideal location, complete with a secured, gated underground car park! With our designated parking space, literally two steps from the lift which will take you direct to the apartment door.
