Experience a spacious family property, perfect for cherished moments. Nestled in tranquility, this charming residence offers a well-maintained garden, ample parking, 4-5 cozy bedrooms, and a generous kitchen for communal dining. Indulge in the modern waterfall shower, while three toilets add convenience. Step into the garden with a private patio. Fleet centre is a brief stroll away, with dining and bars. Basingstoke canal offers outdoor recreation, just a short walk from this exceptional home.
Lavender House was our family home until we built our new house. I've lived around local area since childhood so can advise any guests on the best places to eat / places to walk. I'm very friendly and welcoming.
Residential safe neighbourhood surrounded by families. Parks and walking routes are nearby. The train station is 1.4 miles where direct trains to London and Portsmouth run twice an hour mostly. Heathrow Airport is around 30 minutes away by car.
